food was great, maybe even better than i expected however i ordered for four people and asked for ketchup. i clarified on the ketchup that i wanted “a lot” but i was given THREE ketchup packets for four people on a large order :( sauce makes the meal even better and this is no hate to the business or workers but not what i expected from my favorite burger joint ! Thanks tho for my rations
Good Customer service as always. It’s their standard I’m pretty sure. Everyone is friendly and polite, patient when I’m not sure what to order or change my mind. Also, to me, a big PLUS is that some employees speak Spanish. I don’t recall ever having a bad experience at this location or the one in Pflugerville.
P. Terry’s is a must try when in Austin especially if you haven’t tried it They are local Only to Austin and San Antonio Not sure if they will expand to other areas in Texas but I hope so. They are great they look old fashioned it’s nice and definitely easy to spot! They are open late and some locations are open 7am - 3 am! So at any late night this is the spot! GREAT BURGERS AND GREAT PRICES!

My family and I frequent P Terrys several times a week. The service is excellent and staff are friendly and carefully take orders and confirm them so that everyone gets exactly what they order. The food is always tasty and warm (or cold, if a drink) and there has never been a mistake! It is the best drive-thru I have ever used and I trust them to be kind and get the orders right!
Better than most burger chains now and days, especially at the pricing. Classic with no frills. Excellent service. Kudos to the service reps who walk the extra drive thru lane. Frome someone who has worked customer service for 27 years, and food service 22, game knows game. Excelsior.
Always fresh and polite, not once have we had a bad experience. The food taste amazing and they NEVER give me old food!!!
I always make sure I stop at P Terrys whenever I’m in Austin. I just love their burgers. They are simple, but really good. This location is most convenient for me to hit as I’m on my way back to Houston, but I’ve been to several locations around Austin and they are all good.
